Ruined Christmas & Poor Customer Service
Please do not trust this company with any important event. We were very excited to place a Surf & Turf order for Christmas dinner.
We received the package today (2 days before Christmas) and much to our surprise and utter dismay it was missing the lobster tails! The lobster tails were the only reason we bought it in the first place. Customer service was completely useless.
I was told they couldn't get them to us by Christmas and offered no recourse unless we wanted to wait to celebrate Christmas on the 29th! Very disappointed and now I must run off to the busy grocery store (what I was trying to avoid) to try and salvage Christmas dinner!

No Credit
I placed an order and tried to use a $20 gift coupon that I received from Omaha Steaks as a result of several orders placed for Christmas. When I tried to input it the website would not take it so I called customer service and some *** told me the coupon was not valid.
I told him to cancel my order and requested a refund.
19 calls later, two weeks later and several times being put on hold for over 25 minutes each time I still do not have my refund and Omaha said it was refunded to my debit card and there was nothing more they could do. I asked them for a copy of the credit and they hung up.

Expensive
Yesterday, Omaha offered a package of tiny steaks, chicken, sausages and hamburgers for $49.99 and stated that it was worth $217.00. Today, they offered the same package in another TV advertisement for $59.99 and said it was worth $221.
With nothing better to do, I took my calculator to the grocery store and calculated the total value approaching $30. Talk about truth in advertising!!!!!!!! This would be a task that could be handled by a liberal government that is responsible for the breakdown of the family unit and their education (or rather poor quality) policies.
Omaha should be ashamed of their policies. Not much else to say, other than the fact that I will never buy from Omaha and if anyone asks me if they should, I would definitely advise against it

I have ordered for years (more than ten). Sometimes there are quality problems but this time I received my order with items I did not order and what I wanted did not come. I called them and basically, I got the same treatment as other posters, here. The rep. was very rigid and interrupted me and blamed me for not reviewing their email (like I review all mail from them). Even if it was my error (not) she was a brick wall and offered me nothing. So I have 46 "Gourmet Franks" when I wanted 12 and no chicken fried steak and gravy.
The rep seemed derisive that I had ordered "Online" as of I should have done it some other way. Many years ago, there was a similar problem and when I called, the rep was nice...said "don't worry" and sent the other item that was missing. He said to keep the error and "enjoy them". Seems like their customer service has gone away. I am a very long term customer and very disappointed.

Omaha steak did the same to me! I ordered 3 packages as Christmas gifts on December 16th - their website splashed with "order now, receive by Christmas".
I had to look it up myself to find out they were not being delivered until the 29th. Paid for extra shipping and gift wrap and all. When I called I was told "no more room on the truck". So get another truck!!!!
They have lost me as a customer!!
I will never order from them again. All who read this - take heed.
Say something when you call them. I had a similar issue and just kept ***. I got my missed item for free plus a $40 gift card
