Omaha Steaks - Bad customer service

Placed 4 orders the 13th. Delivery by 18th. Issue with amount to be charged to credit card. They adjusted it and sent an email saying so. Email said no need to reply. We did anyway. Approved the correction . They already had my card info. Called my gift receivers to check if they got the gifts on agreed date, nobody did. Now after Christmas delivery. So not good. I feel the customer service knew this. I want an executive to contact me.

Omaha Steaks - False advertisement

We received a Gift card for $50.00 and tried to order what we wanted but by the time I tried to check out, the price included items we did not want for up to $300 plus. Talked to a rep on phone & was told we cannot get steaks for $49.99 including shipping (which they do advertise free shipping.) This is a scam and do not recommend, we can purchase prime steaks @ grocery store for far less money. Do not recommend Omaha steaks.

Omaha Steaks in Houston, Texas - The worst customer service ever

Well, they didn't deliver when they promised, then there was no way to talk to their customer service. They said they would call you back and hold your place in line-- no call after 5 and 1/2 hours. When you try to hold for customer service they just hang up on you after an hour on hold. You can be sure I WILL NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
