Title is "Pissed Customer" ....Your running a company expecting angry customers? I just wanted to leave a note to let you know this will be my last order.

I can't handle how complex it is. The different specials are all in different places And then it is difficult to place an order. Could you not insert instructions at the each step.....make it easier. I am just upset that it took so long to get through it & got one combo ordered.

The other thing is shipping! It is not just your company & not your fault. It just an awful extra expense added the expensive item bought or ordered. Oh, well.

People get ticked off in different degrees & you make fun. Eva JoAnn Blake

Would you be willing to have a personal shopper, this person is there for you and works in finding you the best deals on the items you are looking for and to take the frustration and confusion out of ordering. The shipping is also as you noted a necessary cost when dealing with consumable products that have extra steps added to make sure it arrives in the best condition for you, again the personal shopper may have specials or offers that will help elevate that cost as well.
