I ordered a gift at the end of November for a near Christmas delivery. It was delivered on December 4th.
I called to express my disappointment and was met with a lack of concern stating that the entire month of December is considered holiday season for delivery. ***
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

However, from past experiences we've learned that packages shipped closer to the holidays have a greater risk of delays due to weather and shipping volume. In addition, many gift recipients appreciate receiving food packages early so they can use the items while entertaining during the holidays.

The same exact thing just happened to me. I ordered from Omaha steaks for a Christmas Delivery for the first time and then gave me no excuse except they were sorry.
My order is set to deliver on December 5th.
I will never order from them again. They offered to refund my shipping but did not seem to care much.
