Father ordered 3 omaha packages to 3 different addresses and only 2 were delivered. Said the 3rd was delivered but never came.

I gave them the charge card # but said they couldn't find it unless I had the order # which I did not. It is showing that 3 were charged to the credit card.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $60.

I didn't like: Failed delivery.

You said two were delivered, I was hoping you could get the order number off the cooler..... How about a phone number or address? Please send DM and don't publish your information on this reply for security reasons.

How can I find the order number when the item never was received. I only have the charges that were on account of charge card
