Omaha Steaks - Reset password. Told it was incorrect

Contacted customer service who told me to call back because she couldn’t here me. I am trying to use my steak lovers rewards, but can’t because they requested I reset my password. After I did that I was told it was incorrect. How could it be incorrect when I just reset it. I am very frustrated!
