The MEAT was very defrosted and maybe spoiled the order was missing almost 250$ worth of meet and they had mixed up some meats so I called omaha steak to tell them that my Order was missing items and they mixed up some wrong meats I also explained that the meet was very defrosted The custmer service representative I spoke his name (Rehent )he asked me if the meet was cold to the touch I said no he I explained to him it was pretty defrosted at this poor (Rehent) asked me to dispose of meet because if could be spoiled and it could have bacteria and offered to send us a new patch I said sure so he put us on hold for like 15 minutes while I was waiting on the phone my wife got really discouraged with the shipment of meat we got told not to order it again now maybe when we come back from the vacation I ok when (Rehent )got back to us I explained to him that we are a little discouraged because the meat we received was spoiled we asked him to leave it in our order history so if we decided to order again I don't have to spent 4 more hours putting meats together and we would arrange for over night or 2 day shipping next time we order he agreed and said that refund should process with 3 to 4 days and that I should be getting an email for refund on my American Express card i asked (Rehent) if he wants me to mail back the meat said no they don't take back spoiled meat I thanked him and waited for the email I never received the email but I called to ask about my email around 6:03 A representative by the name of Katie answered the phone call I asked about the email she put on hold 3 times then she got back to me asked few more questions then wanted to put me on hold again I asked her why is she putting me on hold all this time she said she taking to her supervisor, at this point I asked her what Is going on she Rudely told me she is communicating with here supervisor I asked her I called in to ask about my refund email and you are interrogating me to her supervisor I asked to transfer to her supervisor instead of playing circle *** she got really really rude I had to hang up the phone Then 30 seconds later I get a call a lady by the name jenni very very rudely and Viciously asking me in a very higher ton on voice why am asking for a refund I explained to her because the meat was spoiled and that I had spoken to some earlier and that I spent almost half a day trying to get a hold of omaha and this issue resolved I asked to read The notice and that I was calling to ask about my refund email and am really tired to explain this all over again and go over the meats I didn't receive with order she got like a witch on the phone and started to tell me if you don't explain to me right now what's going on again am going to stop this refund because your kind and stoped and you won't get a penny back yelling at me very very loud and aggressive So at this point I knew my accent is why they are treating me like this and I hanged up the phone. Called back spoke to the representative Jessica I asked for a supervisor Josh took my call he said he was the manger I explained to him what just Happened he apologized and assured me that they are processing payment so i called today after 8 days to see what happened to my refund Moe the representative told that I have to call my bank to Dispute charges and that they are not going to give me a refund so I asked to speak to manger Johnny took my call said he was a supervisor and basically to go pound sand Am going to complain to who ever regulates these stupid bunch of crooks company called Omaha i advise you not deal this company Oder from Kansas City steaks or Chicago steaks I will be filling a formal complaint against this company for how they lied and played and lied to and gave me aggravation for a good period of time

If you keep hanging up on customer service people and calling back to talk to another one, why the *** are you surprised that you have to tell the new one what is going on? especially on the busiest *** day of the year for companies that ship perishable goods for Christmas....

Get a *** clue... Most of the people you were talking to were probably temporary employees on top of that...
